2021 NFL Preview: NFC Least

  2. Washington Football Team (8-9)
  3. New York Giants (7-10)
  4. Philadelphia Eagles (3-14)

Analysis

Nope, that wasn’t a typo in the title. The NFC East, aka “Least”, is the worst division not only in the NFL, but in all of professional sports.

Hell, it’s division winner last year not only finished below .500, but didn’t even have a team name (Washington Football Team). And while it has a hellacious front seven led by last year’s Rookie Defensive Player of the Year Chase Young, it can’t go but so far with a whoopty-doo offense led by the immortal journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick.

The Cowboys are by far the most talented team in this division, but will it finally stop underachieving? Hell, will they even return to the NFC championship game for the first time in 25-plus years?

QB Dak Prescott just got paid, but has a throwing shoulder injury that threatens Dallas’s dreams of winning the division title. The book is still out on a defense that couldn’t stop me and my 40-plus year-old friends last season.

Oh, and the Giants and Eagles will still suck, so nothing more to say about them.

In short, this is going to be one lousy-ass division again this season. Long live the NFC Least…
