2011 NFL Week 11 Preview

Game of the Week

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens.  Big game, check that, HUGE game in the best division in football – the AFC North.  The Bengals showed some balls in hanging with my Steelers in a losing cause last week.  The Bengals have a stud in the making at QB in Andy Dalton and a bonafide stud at WR in A.J. Green.  Unfortunately Green is dealing with a knee injury and stud CB Leon Hall is out for the season.

Meanwhile, I have given up on what to make of the Ravens.  Maybe they’ll kick some ass, maybe they won’t show up at all?  That said, look for the Purple Birds to capitalize on the Bengals’ injuries and win a close one at home.  Ravens 17, Bengals 14.

“Who Gives a Damn” Games of the Week

Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns.  What do these two games have in common?  No offense.  And no offense equals plenty of zzzz’s.  Anyone forced to watch either of those games needs to have their eyes removed – for their own good of course…

Thursday’s Game

Jets over Broncos

Sunday’s Games

Lions over Panthers
Packers over Buccaneers
Bills over Dolphins
Raiders over Vikings
Cowboys over Redskins
49ers over Cardinals
Falcons over Titans
Bears over Chargers
Giants over Eagles

Monday’s Game

Patriots over Chiefs

  1. I agree with all your picks except Bills over Dolphins. Miami has shown a resurgence since their 0 – 7 start w/Matt Moore at QB and a healthy Reggie Bush and Brandon Marshall. The Fins played the GMen tough losing on the road 17 – 20, killed KC on the road 31 – 3 and won against the Redskins 20 – 9 at home. Meanwhile the Bills have been racked with injuries. Buffalo lost at home against the Jets 27 – 11 and again the N.E. 37 – 16 on SNF. I’m taking the Dolphins in a close contest. BTW – do you post your win/loss record and percentages for the week/season?
