2012 Week 8 NFL Preview

Game of the Week

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys.  This is a HUGE game in the NFC East, and even a bigger one for the Cowboys.  Remember when Cowboys owner Jerry Jones ran all that smack about Dallas kicking the Giants’ asses?  Well, he was right in the Cowboys’ opening win at New York.  That said, I’m sure Jones and the team realize that a win at home over the Giants would make them a BIGGER threat in the NFC East.

I see the Giants getting revenge in Dallas.  There is no way in hell that New York will let the Cowboys sweep them this season.  The game will be close, but I see the Giants winning thanks to Tony Romo’s mistakes (heard that one before Cowboys fans?).  Giants 20, Cowboys 17.

Ass-Whooping of the Week

Packers over Jaguars.  Let’s see, the Packers are still playing pissed off.  The Jaguars will be without their best player in Maurice Jones-Drew.  Oh, and throw in the fact that this game will be played in Green Bay.  I’d be shocked if the Jags stay within 20 points of the Packers.

Thursday Night’s Game

Vikings over Buccaneers

Sunday’s Games

Bears over Panthers
Chargers over Browns
Titans over Colts
Patriots over Rams
Dolphins over Jets
Falcons over Eagles
Steelers over Redskins (RG3, meet James Harrison)

Last week’s record: 10-3 (let’s keep the picks rolling yo!)

Record to date: 56-33

  1. The San Diego Chargers could only manage to score six points against the sorry ass Cleveland Browns….Are you kidding me?! Thanks a lot %#@& Robert Meachem for dropping an easy fourth quarter pass from Philip Rivers that should’ve won the game!!!
